Temple Beth El Preschool

Our Philosophy-     The Preschool at Temple Beth El cultivates a close partnership with parents to develop strong and confident children in a warm and loving Jewish environment.     We believe that play is the work of a child.

    Our program is based on the child's need for spontaneous, active play, and involves learning experiences which will help the young mind to grow and the the young body to increase its physical competencies. The program provides a young child the opportunity to explore, to create, and discover on a level that makes sense to him.

    Our program is designed to give the child an early exposure to the Jewish culture and traditions. Weekly Shabbat and holiday celebrations help define Jewish identities.

Our Programs

• Children from two years old will be placed in age appropriate classes with low student-teacher ratios. The Preschool at Temple Beth El is pleased to offer three and five day programs for our younger students with various pickup times beginning at 1p.m.
• Pre-kindergarten students are offered three and five day programs with various pickup times beginning at 1 p.m.

Enrichment

    Things do not slow down at the Preschool at Temple Beth El, just because it's afternoon. Our optional enrichment program offers your child the opportunity to participate in Gymnastics, Computers, Cooking, Art, and More!

Early Mornings / Late Stay

    The Preschool is open at 8 .am. for early morning drop off. Your child is welcome to bring his/her breakfast to this early morning program. The Preschool closes at 4 p.m.
