Peter Bouer founded Bon Appetit Caterers 35 years ago. He started by doing house parties and, with much success, grew to become the exclusive caterer for many temples in the South Florida area. We specialize in weddings, impressive corporate events, sophisticated cocktail receptions, and festive social events, including Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, holiday parties, barbecues, and rehearsal dinners. Bon Appetit is proud of its reputation throughout South Florida. B’Tay Avon was founded on the request of many kosher clients. This division of Bouer Catering Group is Glatt Kosher and supervised by the Orthodox Rabbinical Board. Our Glatt Kosher division takes traditional Jewish cuisine and puts a unique twist on it to create palate pleasing dishes.
